Water side cleaning: clean the front cover of clean water with the hose, the inner wall of the back cover and the inner surface of the heat exchange tube, wash with the cleaning agent, and blow dry with compressed air after washing
Oil side cleaning:
(1) choose a suitable cleaning agent, the content is very important, we usually according to the tube produced by some impurity elements to determine choice is organic acid cleaner or inorganic acid detergent, choose a suitable cleaner can help us easily to remove impurities.

Cleaning process requirement is very strict and important, after using acidic detergent cleaning shall be conducted by alkaline clean water is needed to clean, such neutralization after rule out completely, can help us to clean the oil cooler is more clean and completely.
