Fin-Production machine:

Normally they have 8-14 cutting edge depends on the width of fins and cooling design. And the cutting edge may be same direction or different. The angle of the each cutting edge is 28 degree.

We keep improving on our machines, now that one worker is in charge on 2 machines while before, one worker is in charge of one machine. 

Semi-automated assembling machine：

We keep investing into automated machines and this is a comparatively new machine starts to use from May. We have a similar machine for condensers and which are more automated. 

Radiator has more thickness and the way to assemble is 

A)From aluminium coil to a radiator core, the whole process in one machine

B)This machine takes around 90 mins to adjust for another model, and when we change a new model, there are more waste of material as well. So we only use for orders with more than 300 pcs for one model.

Condenser workshop:

C)From aluminium coil to a condenser core to strapping wire, the whole process in one machine

D)We keep working on automated machines, because the labour work are more and more expensive and we keep improving our product quality as well. We are doing more research into automated machines and you will see some changes every time.
