Condenser test:
Our condensers are 100% tested under high pressure before package.
We are using 3.5mpa(35 bar) to test our condenser, this is more than enough. The normal pressure for condensers to work in a car is around 1.8 - 2.5 Mpa(18-25 bar), which means we are using much higher pressure to test than normal working pressure. This is the maximum pressure that we can use for testing. During the lab, our condenser can withstand a maximum pressure of more than 8 bar. And we will put a sticker after test.

Condenser workshop:
