Semi-automated assembling machine：
We keep investing into automated machines and this is a comparatively new machine starts to use from May. We have a similar machine for condensers and which are more automated.
Radiator has more thickness and the way to assemble is
A)From aluminium coil to a radiator core, the whole process in one machine
B)This machine takes around 90 mins to adjust for another model, and when we change a new model, there are more waste of material as well. So we only use for orders with more than 300 pcs for one model.

Quality Guarantee:
For quality assurance, we have 3 stamps in total.
1. Stamp it after finish assemble the tank and core
2. Stamp it after pressure test for making sure our radiators are 100% tested
3. before put the products into box, our QC people check again to make sure the product is correct and all with its accessories.
KINGA factory have standard free package, this one is to use the foam-on-4-corner. This way is more efficient, easy for you to open to check and place it back and when there is a little pressure, it can protect the product from being transformed.
